PBL is the manufacturer of Thermogenic Activator Plus, a diet pill that is marketed to help people to lose weight without a prescription. Comparatively speaking, this is a moderately priced drug, retailing for approximately forty-five dollars, but being readily available online at various stores for around 30 dollars on sale for 120 capsules.

How Does it Help with Weight Loss?

Thermogenic Activator Plus advertises itself as a supplement that will help with weight loss by assisting in burning fat more quickly than it naturally would occur. That being said, it does not go into detail on how it makes this happen, which immediately calls into question any claims made about weight loss.

No official website could be found for either the drug itself or the manufacturer as a whole, when this Thermogenic Activator Plus review was written. This means that there is no chance of either a company-backed money-back guarantee or a free trial sample.

Thermogenic Activator Plus Ingredients

There are many different ingredients within this product, making it hard to believe that any of them have been included in sufficient concentrations to be effective at assisting with weight loss or fat burning.

Both the ingredients and their concentrations have been included in the marketing of this drug – a rare thing in a market where proprietary blends often rule.

The Thermogenic Activator Plus formula includes:

  • Citrus Aurantium
  • Pantothenic Acid
  • Guarana Extract
  • Caffeine
  • White Willow
  • Acetyl-L-Carnitine
  • L-Tyrosine
  • Ginger Root
  • Vitamin B5
  • Yohimbe Extract
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Bioperine

The recommended dose for this product is two (2) pills before breakfast and two (2) pills in the middle of the afternoon. It is important not to exceed this amount. That being said, the claims made by the marketers have not been approved by the FDA as of yet, nor are they likely to be as this is a dietary supplement and dietary supplements are not currently regulated by the FDA.

Health Conflicts are Possible

There are a large number of stimulants in Thermogenic Activator Plus, which can lead to many unpleasant side effects such as:

  • Jitters
  • Sleeplessness
  • Nausea
  • Headaches
  • Increased blood pressure
  • Upset stomach
  • Anxiety
  • Restlessness
  • Rapid heartbeat
  • Heart palpitation
  • Mood changes

Moreover, it can cause problems if other stimulants (such as coffee and some teas, sodas and chocolate) are consumed. Furthermore, the white willow ingredient makes it dangerous for people who have heart or blood pressure problems, as well as people who are taking blood thinners or even common drugs such as aspirin. Additionally, the combination of citrus aurantium and caffeine can increase the risk of stimulant-related side effects and/or potentially make these possible effects more intense.

Considering the amount of stimulant ingredients, there is an exceptionally high degree of risk of conflict with health conditions and drugs both over-the-counter and prescription. For this reason, it is absolutely crucial that anyone considering taking Thermogenic Activator Plus speak with his or her doctor before beginning the use of the product.

While consulting with a physician is most important if you have a known health condition, are treating a health condition with medications or herbal supplements, or are pregnant or breast feeding, it is also a good idea even if, as far as you know, you are healthy. Your doctor may open your eyes up to certain risks or concerns about this diet pill that you didn’t even know were a factor. Always do what’s best for your health.

Update December 2019 – Thermogenic Activator Plus has likely been discontinued. This diet pill product can no longer be found for purchase online. Furthermore, considering a website did not exist for this product when this review was initially written, it was likely already on its way out back then. The good news is that there are other higher quality OTC diet pills available with safer ingredients if a thermogenic product is of interest to you.
